About the Event
Sound Resilience Health is launching a new grief support group, Between the Waves, facilitated by Christina Carbajal.
This free 8-week group is open to anyone processing loss and looking for connection, understanding, and support alongside others who may be navigating a similar experience.
The first session will be held on Thursday, October 1 at 6:30 PM, with meetings continuing on Thursdays for eight weeks.
