Tricia Jacobs
President
Managing Broker/REALTOR® at REMAX
Tricia Jacobs is proud to call Stanwood home and is deeply passionate about supporting the local business community she lives and works in every day. As a Charter Member of the Stanwood Commerce Alliance, she believes strongly in collaboration, connection, and creating opportunities that help both businesses and nonprofits thrive.

Known for her integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care for people, Tricia brings a strong relationship-focused approach to everything she does. Her leadership with SCA reflects her commitment to strengthening community partnerships, supporting local growth, and helping create a vibrant and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
​
When she’s not volunteering or working alongside fellow community leaders, Tricia enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of four, has been happily married for over 27 years, and loves staying active outdoors with their horses and dogs.
Kris Palmer
Vice President
Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams
Kris Palmer is a dedicated real estate agent with Keller Williams, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service, management, and community engagement. She began her real estate career in 2019, inspired by a passion for helping families find their perfect homes.

Kris’s professional journey began in her teens, working at Grand Cinemas Movie Theater and Elmer’s Restaurant before launching a 25-year career with Republic Services, a national garbage and recycling company. She worked her way up from customer service to office manager and eventually operations supervisor. In 2018, following a major corporate layoff, Kris embraced new opportunities, transitioning to a role as an administrative assistant at DaVita Kidney Dialysis while earning her real estate license. Kris now manages short-term rental properties in addition to working as a real estate agent. This career shift allowed her to pursue her passion for real estate while spending more time with her daughter.
​
Kris and her husband have been together for 25 years and share a love for family, with four children and six grandchildren. Her husband’s family has deep roots in Stanwood, having moved there in 1976. After years away, Kris and her husband returned in 2021, settling on his family's 40-acre farm. She is proud to serve the Stanwood community, helping others find homes in the place she calls home.


Lacey Winslow
Secretary
Real Estate Agent at Windermere
Lacey Winslow is passionate about people, community, and helping others feel confident and supported in moments that matter. As Secretary of the Stanwood Commerce Alliance, she brings a thoughtful, organized approach and a strong belief that clear communication and collaboration are key to building a thriving local business environment.

An educator at heart, Lacey values transparency, honesty, and helping others feel informed and empowered. Her professional background includes experience in residential real estate, property management, and strategic planning, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both the emotional and practical sides of growth within a community.
​
Beyond her role with SCA, Lacey also serves on the City of Stanwood Economic Development Board, working alongside local leaders to support smart growth, strong businesses, and a vibrant future for the region. She is deeply invested in the people and organizations that make Stanwood special and enjoys being part of initiatives that strengthen local connections.

When she’s not volunteering or working with community partners, Lacey enjoys spending time with family and staying engaged in the place she proudly calls home.
Ally Ponte
Treasurer
Owner, LMHCA at Ridgeview Counseling
Ally Ponte brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to her role as Treasurer of the Stanwood Commerce Alliance. With a strong belief in compassion, mindfulness, and supporting others through meaningful growth, she values creating spaces where people feel heard, respected, and connected.

Her professional background is rooted in client-centered and trauma-informed work, shaped in part by her experience as a military veteran. This perspective gives Ally a deep understanding of resilience, collaboration, and the importance of honoring each person’s unique journey — qualities she carries into her work supporting the SCA board and community initiatives.
​
Ally is passionate about helping build a strong, supportive local environment where businesses and individuals can thrive together. She believes that community growth starts with genuine connection and thoughtful leadership.
Outside of her volunteer work, Ally enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, hiking with her corgi, fishing, reading, and spending time in nature — experiences that continue to inspire her sense of balance and connection.


Les Anderson
Board Member
President of Twin City Idlers Car Club
Les Anderson has been a dedicated member of the Stanwood community since moving there in 1976. His passion for civic engagement began early when he attended his first City Council meeting to inquire about the city’s recent purchase of two Volvo police cars. In 1993, he was selected to fill a vacant City Council seat, where he served until 2001. He then transitioned into public service as Stanwood’s Public Works Supervisor, a role he held until 2008.
​
Les joined the Stanwood Chamber of Commerce in 2019 with a clear goal—to bring more events to the community. When the Chamber dissolved in 2021, he was one of three individuals who remained, leading to the founding of the Stanwood Commerce Alliance (SCA).
​
Known as an event visionary, Les has played a key role in shaping some of Stanwood’s most beloved traditions. As President of the Twin City Idlers car club, he has helped grow the Twin City Idlers Car Show into one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest. He is also the driving force behind the Christmas Big Rig Truck Cruise and has even more event ideas in the works.

Les firmly believes that when businesses succeed, the city thrives. His dedication to fostering economic growth and community engagement continues to make a lasting impact in Stanwood.
Nate Greenland
Board Member
Financial Advisor at Edward Jones
Nate Greenland brings a thoughtful, community-focused perspective to the Stanwood Commerce Alliance Board. Growing up with modest means, Nate learned early on that meaningful success comes from consistency, strong values, and investing in people — lessons that continue to shape his approach to leadership and service today.
​
With more than a decade of experience helping individuals and families plan for the future, Nate is passionate about supporting long-term growth, stability, and confidence within the communities he serves. His work has given him a deep appreciation for how small, intentional steps can create lasting impact — a philosophy he carries into his role with SCA as he helps support local businesses and community initiatives.
​
Nate lives in Snohomish County with his wife, a dedicated schoolteacher, and their four basketball-loving boys. When he’s not volunteering or working alongside fellow community leaders, you can find him hiking, camping, visiting national parks, playing pickleball, waterskiing, or spending time with friends and family.


Nichole Long
Board Member
Owner of Collaborative Edge Marketing
Nichole Long brings an energetic, relationship-driven approach to the Stanwood Commerce Alliance Board. A lifelong believer in the power of small businesses and grassroots impact, Nichole has built her career around connecting people, amplifying local voices, and turning ideas into action.
With nearly two decades of experience in marketing, digital strategy, and community engagement, Nichole has supported nonprofits, chambers, and service-based organizations in strengthening their visibility and long-term growth. As the founder of Collaborative Edge Marketing and an active leader within The Dance Project NW Foundation, she understands firsthand how local organizations thrive when collaboration, creativity, and consistency come together.
Nichole is deeply rooted in Stanwood and surrounding communities, with continued involvement throughout Snohomish and Skagit counties. She is passionate about helping businesses build authentic relationships, leveraging both in-person connection and digital presence to create sustainable momentum. In addition to her marketing work, she actively supports and volunteers with local initiatives, including Terror for a Cause and other community-based efforts that directly impact local families.
Married for over 20 years, Nichole lives in Snohomish County with her husband, their two children, two dogs, and one very spicy orange cat. When she’s not working alongside local business owners or serving on community boards, you’ll likely find her at a dance competition, community event, or cheering on the people and organizations that make this region such a special place to call home.
Anthony Castiglione

Anthony Castiglione is dedicated to supporting strong relationships, clear communication, and a positive experience for the people he serves — values he brings to his role as a Board Member with the Stanwood Commerce Alliance. He believes that community success comes from collaboration, staying informed, and helping others feel confident as they navigate important decisions.

With a background centered around service, organization, and guiding people through major life transitions, Anthony values integrity, follow-through, and building lasting connections within the local community. He is passionate about helping create opportunities that support local businesses, encourage growth, and strengthen the Stanwood area for both residents and entrepreneurs.

Anthony enjoys being actively involved in the community and looks forward to contributing his energy and perspective as part of the SCA leadership team.


Aaron Weinberg
Non-Voting Board Member
Business & Community Relations Coordinator at the City of Stanwood
Aaron Weinberg serves as the Business & Community Relations Coordinator for the City of Stanwood, where he focuses on strengthening the local economy and supporting a thriving business environment. Since entering the field of economic development in 2019, Aaron has worked in business retention, expansion, and attraction, while also developing programs that support workforce development initiatives.
​
He is especially passionate about supporting Stanwood’s small businesses, recognizing the vital role they play in shaping the city’s identity and making it a vibrant place to live, work, and play.
Brandy Jensen
Executive Director
Brandy Jensen is the Executive Director for the Stanwood Commerce Alliance, where she has played an integral role in revamping the organization’s website and helping with event coordination and promotions. She joined the team in 2024, bringing her skills in graphic design, social media management, and administrative support.
​
A graduate of Western Washington University, Brandy double majored in Finance and Marketing. After college, she ventured into real estate investing and property management, owns a restroom trailer rental business, and is an Executive Assistant for her family’s business. In her free time, Brandy also designs websites for small businesses, helping them grow their online presence.
​
Brandy is passionate about supporting local communities and small businesses, working to create positive, lasting impacts in her hometown of Stanwood. Outside of work, she’s an avid yogi, is passionate about traveling, enjoys trying new food, and loves hosting events that bring people together.
